2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete project briefs, timely feedback, and all necessary assets. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use any content you provide to us.

3. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for delivering high-quality creative services that meet the specifications outlined in the project brief. We will make reasonable revisions based on your feedback. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding your client information.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual project agreements or service contracts. We offer both project-based and retainer-based pricing options. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the creative work we produce for you will be transferred to you upon full payment. However, we retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials (anonymized and with your permission). You acknowledge that any pre-existing intellectual property you provide to us remains your property.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your client information and all project-related details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included in our service agreements. Excessive revisions may be subject to additional fees. We will work with you to define a clear revision process upfront.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying for any work completed up to the termination date.

9. Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our work. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
